Canada Post will guarantee delivery within 2-10 days depending on when you place your order and your location. Please Note: Due to the large volume of orders during certain promotions, please allow an extra 2 to 5 days (in addition to the timeframe listed above) for your order to arrive.
top Do I have to be home to receive my order? Not necessarily, but that is at the discretion of the mail carrier. However, we do require a delivery signature on orders of $150 or more to help make sure your order is not lost or stolen. Please note that you can choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address if you are concerned about missing the delivery. top Can I track my order online? If you have a valid email address you will receive a ship confirmation email from Canada Post that will allow you to track your parcel on the CanadaPost.ca web site. top SHIPPING INFORMATION How soon will my order be processed and shipped? If your order was placed before 8:00 AM EST (excluding holidays), it will be processed and shipped the same day. If placed after 8:00 AM EST (excluding holidays), it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow approximately 2-10 business days (from the date your order is placed) for delivery. top How will my order be shipped? All orders are shipped via Canada Post Mail. top Can I choose the shipping carrier for my order? No, we only ship via Canada Post. top Can I specify where to leave my package when it arrives at its destination? Delivery location (mailbox, front porch, outside garage, etc.) is determined solely by the mail carrier. We are sorry we cannot accommodate these types of requests. As some items have a fixed shipping rate and are charged independent of the above rate chart we have capped our shipping charge at $24.99. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays are excluded. top EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFORMATION What Rush Shipping options are available? We only offer Canada Post Expedited Shipping as indicated in the above chart. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Do you ship outside Canada?
