Studies have shown that listening to the sounds of "water in motion" is one of the most effective ways to induce a state of calmness and to lessen the symptoms of stress, anxiety and mild depression.

Inspired by that which feeds life on this Earth, "MusiCure: Waves" offers a deeply relaxing voyage through a world dominated by water in motion. The sound of ocean waves on a beach, calm rivers and running streams, or even a quiet brook running through the forest, are mixed with the natural sounds of sea birds, estuary birds, forest birds and more, for a supremely soothing aural experience.

All of the natural sounds featured in these compositions were recorded in Denmark, Sweden, the Atlantic island of La Gomera and the Seychelles.
