Developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, Classical Stretch is a technique that unlocks parts of the body that have been seemingly bolted shut, what we call inflexibility, as well as reducing inches while stretching and lengthening the body. In this full body workout, a participant will regain this flexibility and automatically improve the look of the entire body: thinner legs, flatter stomachs and relief of overall pain.
Intense Stretch for Athletes Athletes need three basic components to be successful: speed, power and to remain injury free. This is the first exercise program aimed specifically at achieving all three goals. The success rate among participating athletes speaks for its efficiency; many athletes have gone from the injury list to becoming International winners while following this program.
